David vs. CVS Pharmacy

David Couldn’t get the Medical Care which he Needed for a Head, Neck, Back and Shoulders Workplace Injury which happened at CVS Pharmacy!

David was told by CVS Pharmacy to Always Make Sure that he Restocked the Milk Cooler for the Customers with milk from the Backroom before he clocked out and went home each day!

A Picture of the Milk Coolers which David was supposed to Restock with Milk Every Day that He Worked, before He Clocked Out and Went Home for the day!

David bringing Milk out from the Backroom to the front of the store using a pushcart to restock the milk for the customers before he clocked out and went home for the day!

David Opening up the Milk Cooler Door to Restock the Milk into the Milk Cooler!

David turned around and grabbed Two Gallons of Milk from the pushcart, One in Each Hand to Restock the Milk Cooler with.

David turning around towards the Milk Cooler with a Gallon of Milk in Each Hand to Stock the Milk into the Milk Cooler.

But as Soon as David Turned around to face the Milk Cooler, the Whole Cooler Door was Falling Towards Him, He Didn’t Have Time To Think, He Didn’t Have Time To Move Out of the Way, before the Whole Cooler Door Fell on Him, Striking Him in the Forehead, Knocking His Head Backwards and Downwards!

As Soon as the Cooler Door Struck David in the Forehead, He Heard Bones Crushing Together Inside of His Body!

The Bottom Backet which was supposed to help Hold the Cooler Door onto the Cooler was old and Defective, causing the Cooler Door to Slide down out of the Top Bracket, which then caused the Whole Cooler Door to Fall Towards David, Striking him on the Forehead, Knocking his Head Backwards and Downwards, and causing him to have a Head, Neck, Back and Shoulder Injuries!

(Note: Because these pictures were taken later after the cooler door was repaired, the picture shows only the New Bottom Bracket which replaced the old Defective Bracket which No pictures were taken of the old Defective Bracket at the time of the workplace injury!)

Once the Cooler Door Slide Down out of the Top Bracket, because of the defective bottom bracket, there was no longer anything holding the top of the cooler door onto the cooler, allowing the whole cooler door to fall towards David, Striking him in the forehead and causing his Head, Neck, Back and Shoulder Injuries!

David was having Pounding Headaches after the Cooler Door Struck him in the Forehead.

Because David had Blood Running Down his Forehead, He was Sent to the Emergency Room by Ambulance to Get Stitches put into his Forehead and get a Tetanus Shot.

Within 24 hours, David was having Terrible Headaches, Backaches, Neck and Shoulder Pains Which Kept Getting Worse!

Note the Cooler Door which Struck David in the Forehead was Very Heavy, it was made out of Three Layers of Thick Glass Contained within a Metal Frame!

Because the Cooler Door was So Heavy, it Took Two People to Lift it Back up onto the Cooler!
