What We Believe:

We Believe that All Injured Workers in the United States, No Matter what Company they work for and No Matter what State they Live or Work in, who get Injured on the Job doing what their company tells them to do, should have the Rights to Medical Care for their Workplace Injuries!

Which means being sent to the Right Doctors and the Right Specialists for Workplace Injuries!

Being Seen by the Right Doctors and the Right Specialists who actually Care about All Injured Workers after they get Injured on the Job and Who want All Injured Workers to get the Medical Care which they need for their Workplace Injuries!

And being able to get all Right Medical Tests Done (X-Rays, MRIs, and other Medical Tests Done) to help Determine the TRUTH about how Badly Injured Workers are getting Injured on the Job, after they get injured on the job, so that they can get the Medical Care which they need for their Workplace Injuries!

We believe that all Work Comp Doctors and Specialists Should be Completely and Totally Independent from the Work Comp Insurance Companies!

Work Comp Doctors Should be Completely Free to Do their job of Determining how badly Injured Workers get Injured on the Job and Help them get the Medical Care which they need for their Workplace Injuries, without Worrying about keeping the Work Comp Insurance Companies Happy!

The Work Comp Doctors should only have to Answer to and communicate with the State that the Injured Worker got injured on the job in and there should be No Direct Communication between the Work Comp Doctors and the Work Comp Insurance Companies!

The Work Comp Doctors shouldn’t be paid Directly from the Work Comp Insurance Companies, Instead We Believe that the States Should Pay for All Medical Care for Workplace Injuries which Happen in Their State!

And then the State should send a bill to the company and their work comp insurance company for any medical care or medical treatments that the Injured Worker Received for their Workplace Injuries!

And for any companies which have trouble paying back the State for the Medical Care for Workplace Injuries, then the State and the Company can work out a payment plan for the company to pay back the State!

For States to have the money needed to be able to pay to send Injured Workers in their State to the Right Doctors and the Right Specialists and pay for all the Right Medical Tests to Determine the TRUTH about how badly Injured Workers in their State get injured on the Job, all States should set up a State Workers Injury Fund which all Companies that have employees working in their State pay in to!

To be fair to all Companies, Companies which don’t have any Workplace Injuries or Few Workplace Injuries or Minor Workplace Injuries should be Required to Pay Less Money per Employee into their State’s Workers Injury Fund compared to Companies which have More Workplace Injuries or More Major Workplace Injuries which need more medical care or more expensive medical care!

How Much or How Little Each Company Pays into the State’s Workers Injuries Fund should increase or decrease each year according to their Workplace Injuries, which a State can Calculate each year and let each company know at least three months before the beginning of the next year!
